South Africa Company’s Vaccine Policy And Admissions Policy Is going To Accelerate The Unemployment Rate In 2022 And Beyond

South Africa’s Labour Court and indeed the CCMA’s recent rulings regarding the lawfulness of vaccine mandates dismissals are going to have an increasing impact on the unemployment rate that is already at record-high levels.
Many people simply do not want to get a jab that neither prevents them from getting infected or infecting others with the Covid 19 virus. Even those who are jabbed are now becoming reluctant to get boosters which are just as ineffective at preventing both transmission and infection. And soon, you can bet the bottom dollar of your salary, not getting a booster is going to throw you back into the unvaccinated status despite having had one or two shots.
And so the unemployment ranks will start swelling like some of those “rare” vaccine adverse events which over time have been steadily increasing the world over. Those who rule in South Africa, note I said rule, not govern, as govern is always by consensus, not coercion, continue to speak out of both sides of their mouths. Our rulers have been promising for years now to tackle the spiralling joblessness without a modicum of success and yet are now also committed to unpopular vaccine mandates which will further erode employment figures.
Complex labour laws, harsh tax regimes for small businesses making real compliance virtually impossible and onerous regulations have hampered and even killed off any growth in the small business sector, which is the only sector that can make any kind of dent in the unemployment rate.
The corporate world cannot solve the unemployment crisis, they are saturated and the only filled positions are by way of headhunting between the corporations. The state cannot do so, it already employs more people than it needs and the recycled income taxes from this sector are merely subsidising their salaries. Manufacturing? No room there. Mining, maybe but the gold mines are sure getting too deep and how much deeper could they possibly go.
And then along comes the vaccine mandates adding layers onto the unemployment cake. Firstly, as mentioned, the vaccine will not prevent transmission and infection. Secondly, what about liability and how secure is your employment if you suffer one of those “rare” adverse events. What happens if your company says that you must get the jab if you want to continue working. And so you go and get the jab to keep your job. And then you get one of the thousands of adverse events reported worldwide and can no longer work.
The sad fact of the matter is that you won’t have a leg to stand on legally. When you took the jab, whether mandated or not you signed away any liability of the vaccine manufacturer, took the liability all on yourself, and good luck trying to get any compensation from anyone, including those who mandated you to get the vaccine to keep your job which you have now effectively lost due to illness caused by the very thing that was supposed to ensure your continued employment.
My own opinion is that in the coming years, the legal system of every country is going to become overwhelmed with litigation. Whilst the Covid vaccines are touted as safe and effective by the priests of medicine in their bleached and well-ironed white coats and the unsafe and ineffectiveness of the same are well hidden from the masses, they simply cannot guarantee the long term safety and efficacy which can only be determined by trial over a long period.
Only 15 months of trials have been examined and those who have had the jab are the trial. So far, from Pfizer’s documentation that the FDA has been forced to release by a US court order, after trying to get the release delayed by 75 years, but losing that battle, it is not looking so good. The long term in the art of medical trials is five to ten years.
As for companies in South Africa and indeed the world at large, sure you are winning the battle now to assert your mandates and admission policies, but what does the future hold for you. That remains to be seen. You have thrown your lot and placed your bets, sure in the assurances of those who have assured you that you are doing the right thing, even though the right thing is still to be determined in the cauldron of time.
The world is heading into a quagmire of wars and economic collapse like has never been seen and South Africa is willing to plunge headlong into the ultimate crisis of existence on this planet. Hyperinflation, food shortages, climate extremes, mass poverty, enriched elites, haves having more and have nots having less, deadly diseases, woes and calamities are forecast for this world.
